博士生导师,免疫应答与免疫治疗全国重点实验室研究员,生医部青年杰出人才引进PI。博士毕业于香港大学医学院(联培于美国康奈尔大学HHMI实验室)。曾任香港大学研究助理教授,获香港特别行政区青年科学家奖、香港大学杰出研究奖等荣誉。2020年加入中科大生医部,主要从事NK细胞肿瘤免疫研究。研究成果以通讯/第一作者身份发表在Nature,Nature Immunology,Molecular Therapy,PNAS,JACS等国际高水平期刊,入选ESI高被引论文。获2项国家发明专利授权。承担国家自然科学基金-面上项目,中国科学院战略性先导科技专项B类,合肥综合性国家科学中心大健康研究院全球遴选项目-创新药物类等科研项目。现任中国老年医学学会委员,Advanced Science等期刊审稿人。
研究方向:
运用免疫学、化学生物学等多学科交叉技术,主要研究:
1、NK细胞肿瘤免疫:阐明肿瘤微环境抑制NK细胞功能的具体机制;鉴定新靶点,开发小分子药物干预策略以增强NK细胞的抗肿瘤功能。
2、NK细胞合成免疫学:合成具备精准靶向肿瘤能力的工程化NK细胞,用于NK细胞的临床免疫治疗。
