个人简介:
图书馆VIP生命科学与医学部教授。2006 年获南京大学生物技术学士学位;2012 年获中国科学院上海生命科学研究院博士学位,中科院院长优秀奖;2013 年起,美国耶鲁大学遗传学系博士后。2014-2017年获美国 Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Fellow Award 和基金会研究资助。2018年底入职科大。研究方向为肿瘤多维度逃逸机制探索及新型干预策略设计。近五年(2010-2024)以通讯作者在Immunity, Cell Host Microbe, Cell Stem Cell, Nature Commun, Protein Cell, Mucosal Immunol, Elife上发表多篇研究论文及评论。研究工作多次被 Nat Rev Immunol, Nat Med和Nat Immunol点评以及被 Faculty 1000 收录和推荐。以第一发明人申请国家发明专利4项。

目前研究方向
我们实验室以消化道肿瘤结直肠癌为模型。结直肠癌是全球常见的恶性肿瘤之一,发病率和死亡率均位于世界前三位。目前,世界范围内临床上尚无针对中晚期结直肠癌患者的有效治疗手段。而结直肠癌的肿瘤微环境非常复杂,涉及大量免疫细胞,微生物,以及号称人体“第二大脑”的肠神经系统。免疫系统、微生物系统、神经系统、和癌症之间的交叉对话(Crosstalk)也是近年来肿瘤生物学和免疫学领域的前沿热点和重要方向,几者通过复杂的信号网络相互调控,共同塑造肿瘤微环境(TME),促进肿瘤生长、转移和免疫逃逸。我们实验室过去5年,在微生物-免疫-癌症轴(Microbiota-Immune-Cancer Crosstalk),取得了一系列原创的发现(Immunity, Cell Host Microbe, Cell Stem Cell, Nature Commun)。未来重点探索寻找结直肠癌中,新的神经-免疫-癌症轴(Neuron-Immune-Cancer Crosstalk)及其介导肿瘤免疫逃逸的机制,并设计新型干预策略设计,展开研究及临床应用工作。这一前沿交叉领域不仅深化了对肿瘤复杂微环境的理解,更是当前转化医学的核心热点之一。
